Search and attention cards filter the table only. Exports include all invoices in the selected month, entity and billing currency.
Month-end sign-off (optional)
At month end, your finance team can confirm that all expected invoices have been added for each group below. Invoice entry, totals and exports remain available without sign-off. Clear a checkbox to withdraw its sign-off.
Month-on-month invoiced revenue comparisons require sign-off for both consecutive months. This confirmation does not lock the period, independently verify completeness or change ARR. Adding, editing or deleting invoices clears the affected sign-off.
Billable licences
Monthly subscription quantities, rates and recurring revenue. Carried forward identifies subscriptions without invoice coverage for this month; their last recorded quantities and rates remain in effect.
ARR movements
Changes in recurring revenue for the selected month.
Movement definitions
Customer revenue
Account owners reflect the reporting month. Confirmed assignments take priority over invoice records; each owner is shown with its source.
Collections
Exchange rates
Rates used to consolidate recurring revenue in USD. Updating a rate recalculates all reporting months.
Invoice reconciliation
Compare subscription charges and credits with invoice amounts. Review any differences in the invoice details; taxes are assessed separately.

Drafts in progress
Invoices being prepared but not yet raised. Drafts are excluded from revenue, ARR, billable licences, collections, exports and Ask Plumo until you raise them.
The Entity filter applies; month and billing currency do not. A draft can be saved incomplete. Raise it once every required field is filled in and any subscription lines match Amount; it then becomes a normal invoice.
Account history
Account details and ownership for the selected month, with a source for every recorded value.
How account values are selected
Confirmed changes take priority. Otherwise, each field uses its latest recorded invoice value on or before month-end; newer blanks do not erase earlier values. Invoice records do not establish when an assignment began. Unknown means neither source has a value. Changes take effect from the first day of a month, and an explicit blank clears the value. Account history does not alter invoice amounts, due dates or original invoice details. The entity filter applies to this view; billing currency does not.
Tracked account details
Record changes to account owner, payment terms, sales channel, deployment, deployment status, modules and bill-to country. Subscription rates, quantities and service periods remain on the relevant invoices.
